Inspired by the innovation and ingenuity of the post-quake volunteer groups, Emily left behind her career as a Marketing Executive in pursuit of learning more about, and engineering ‘collaboration’, and a desire to help make the world a better place.

For the past six years, now based in Sydney, Emily has worked with hundreds of industry leaders applying best practice collaborative design methodologies, delivering over 300 collaborative workshops with organisations such as PwC, KPMG and Transport for NSW.
